According to the new solution, also companies from 10 to 49 people could apply for exemption, however, only from half of the contributions to ZUS.
According to the new rules, the so-called demurrage period is to be extended for self-employed persons and for persons employed under civil law contracts.
The amended anti-crisis shield also includes solutions for medium and large companies. The proposed liquidity element, on the part of the Liquidity Guarantee Fund implemented by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, is to consist of guarantees amounting to 80% of the loan value.
